At long last, it's here! The book we've all been waiting for - Summer of the Storms!

This 120-page anthology of members' poetry and prose commemorating the savage hurricane season of 2004 is now available for purchase at the Peace River Center for Writers office, located in the Punta Gorda History Park. The cost per book is $15 (plus $1.05 tax). Volume discounts are available on quantities over 5.

Our office hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., weekdays. Please call ahead to make sure the office is open (we do, on occasion, lock up to run errands and so forth).

If you are unable to stop in at the office, you may secure delivery of your copy by sending a check or money order for $16.05, plus a $5 shipping/handling fee per book to: Hurricane Book Order, Peace River Center for Writers, 501 Shreve St., Punta Gorda FL 33950. Checks may be made payable to PRCW. Please include the "ship to" address, if different from that shown on your check.
