Workshops on any and all aspects of writing are available. Check the listing of those currently offered by clicking here. We will set up new workshops as members desire, or arrange tutorials as needed for individual members.
Tutorials
A tutorial provides individual instruction in a particular area. It is an opportunity for a writer to work one-on-one with a writing instructor.
Tutorials can be individualized versions of seminars and workshops offered by the Center either at the present time or in the past; they can also be designed especially for a writer's needs. For example, one writer may want to understand and experiment with the basic points of view in writing prose, while another writer may want to learn traditional prosody. Since each person has different goals in mind, they would both be better served by customized programs.
Tutorials create flexibility in scheduling and curriculum, and make the most efficient use of a writer's time and energy.
Please contact us about arranging for tutorial services.
